I am reassuringly I hope a true case of Physician, heal thyself! Having been both underweight, then overweight I truly emphasize with my patients battles with the scales. Through my work and study I have found a sensible, healthy regime which has helped me continue to lose weight, regain fitness levels and feel really well.
