Therapy Rooms Available / To Rent At Decoy Farm Clinics
All the therapists at Decoy Farm Clinics are self-employed, and we are always pleased to hear from anyone who feels they are qualified to work at our clinic. NOTE: We do not offer employed positions.
We will review each application individually and contact you to either request an interview or to advise you of the reasons for not taking your application further.
To ensure the highest standards, we interview all potential therapists and you will be expected to provide evidence of your qualifications, membership of the appropriate regulatory bodies and professional/liability insurance.
What Times Are Rooms Available To Rent?
Therapy rooms are available to rent for between one and six days a week. The clinic is available from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturday. If a room is required for times outside these hours - for example on Sundays - this may be possible, subject to negotiation.

What Is Provided In Each Therapy Room?
Each therapy room is provided with a desk, chairs, an electric couch, trolley and other essential/non-specialist equipment, where appropriate.
The rooms are heated by underfloor heating, there is some cabinet space available and each room has an intercom / door entry system.
The clinic is inspected regularly and cleaned. However, you are expected to leave the room in a clean and tidy condition for the next therapist.
Your client will have a comfortable waiting area, where they can relax whilst waiting for you to finish with your previous client.
Please note that the reception / client waiting area is unmanned and entry to the building is by appointment only.
We promote the clinic through advertising via our website and offer free practitioners profile listing. There is space in the reception area for each therapist to advertise their treatments, and place their leaflets and business cards. Free in clinic/Window Advertising is available too.
Parking
There is ample free parking.
Does It Cost To Rent A Therapy Room?
Our normal rate (as from 1st January 2011) are
£10.00ph on an ad-hoc basis
£25.00 per half day (4 hours morning or afternoon)
£10.00 for evening session
